iQOO has officially unveiled its most powerful Neo-series phone yet — the iQOO Neo 10 — in Malaysia. Aimed at mobile gamers, multitaskers, and power users, the device combines dual flagship-grade chips, a massive 7000mAh battery, and 120W fast charging for a performance beast priced from just RM1,999.
Notably, the iQOO Neo 10 is the first phone to feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 in Malaysia. This chipset is geared towards delivering powerful gaming and AI integration.
This marks iQOO’s debut of the Neo line in Malaysia, and it's clear they’re targeting a feature-hungry, budget-conscious audience — especially relevant to Malaysia’s growing mobile gaming community.
Dual Chips: Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 + Supercomputing Q1 Chip
The iQOO Neo 10 is built to flex raw power. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 which offers 49% CPU boost and 39% better efficiency over the last generation. For reference, it has an AnTuTu score of 2,426,162, making it one of the highest in its class.
Neo 10 is also designed with a dual-chip setup, featuring a Q1 Supercomputing Chip that enables 144 FPS frame interpolation, game upscaling, and ultra-low latency. It also comes equipped with a 16GB LPDDR5X RAM + Extended RAM. In fact, it lets the iQOO Neo 10 have up to 52 apps running in the background.
Gaming Performance + 7K VC Cooling System
Neo 10 is also designed to run cool under pressure. It features iQOO’s largest vapor chamber (7000mm²), working hand-in-hand with Pyrolytic Graphite Sheets to cool heat zones like the selfie cam. Thus, the iQOO Neo 10 is supercharged for stable gaming, long streams, and content creation.

Neo 10 equips the Gen 3 Silicon BlueVolt Battery which delivers power even in -20°C conditions. To get that battery pack up in a jiffy, users can utilise its 120W FlashCharge which gets the Neo 10 from 0% to 100% in just 36 minutes

144Hz AMOLED Eyecare Display
The Neo 10’s screen is also made for extended use, minus the fatigue on its processor. iQOO Neo 10 sports a 6.78” 1.5K AMOLED with 144Hz refresh rate.
Neo 10 can reach 2000 nits peak brightness + SGS Five-Star Sunlight readability for easy viewing under strong daylight. For eye protection, the smartphone also has 4320Hz PWM dimming and Full-Range DC-Like Dimming to allow for comfortable use even in long gaming or binge-watching sessions.

The Neo 10 is no slouch either when it comes to photography. It hails the Sony IMX882 sensor optimised with OIS + full-pixel autofocus. Pricing, Availability and Promo
The iQOO Neo 10 is the first of its Neo lineup to officially launch in Malaysia. It will be available in two configurations: an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant and a 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant, priced at RM1,999 and RM2,499 respectively.
First sales begin now until 9 July 2025, where iQOO will be offering significant launch bundles for early birds. The 8+256GB model gets up to RM1,504 in free gifts (including a Smart Finder, Earphones Case, or Type-C to C Cable), while the 16+512GB model gets an even bigger bundle of up to RM1,633 (including iQOO Buds 1i, Ugreen accessory set, extended warranty, and screen protection).
