Infinix Malaysia has launched its AI Buds, a futuristic pair of true wireless earbuds that blend language-breaking AI translation, noise-cancelling audio, and a transparent case with an interactive touchscreen — all for just RM399.
Tailored for a multicultural market like Malaysia, these earbuds aren’t just for music — they’re a serious tool for real-time communication and convenience.
Real-Time Translation in 162 Languages
The highlight feature of the Infinix AI Buds is its ability to act as a live translator. Utilising the CogLabs AI engine, these buds support 162 languages for real-time conversations.
The buds also offer two key modes: Conversation Mode for face-to-face communication and Interpretation Mode for speech/audio translation.
For fast-paced conversations, the buds feature a speech-to-text transcription function, which is great for taking meeting minutes and lecture notes.
Immersive Sound with Adaptive Noise Cancellation
Infinix AI Buds is optimised with boosted audio performance thanks to its Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) systems. The combo reduces ambient noise by up to 45dB using AI-powered adaptive control.
The buds also feature dual microphones per bud for clear calls in noisy environments. This ensures undisturbed music, podcasts, and voice clarity.
Smart Touchscreen Case: Control Without the Phone
The charging case isn’t just for power — it’s part of the smart ecosystem as well. Matching the futuristic outlook of Infinix's vision, the case is of a transparent design with an interactive touchscreen. This screen displays time, battery level, and allows media & volume control.
Users can also toggle ANC and translation modes directly on the case instead of doing so on the phone.
Voice Assistant ‘Folax’ Coming via OTA
Alongside the buds, Infinix is also rolling out its own smart voice assistant named Folax, arriving in a future OTA update. Folax will also be integrated into the AI Buds to make it a truly interactive audio assistant for you on-the-go.
Easily activate Infinix's Folax with “Hi Folax”. Through Folax, users can control music, check the weather and manage translations hands-free.
Long-Lasting Battery Life for Busy Lifestyles
The AI Buds will also feature battery life that is just as solid as its features. It'll provide up to 36 hours playback without ANC, and around 25 hours with ANC turned on.

The Infinix AI Buds are now available for purchase at Infinix brand stores nationwide as well as online through Infinix’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
