From just RM1,899, the long-awaited HONOR 400 Series is now open for pre-order in Malaysia.
The series is loaded with next-gen AI imaging, Snapdragon chipsets, 200MP cameras, and a bundle of pre-order gifts — including the Instax Mini LiPlay and Active Noise Cancelling Headphones.
Through the series, HONOR aims to bring flagship-level camera tech and AI productivity tools to more Malaysians than ever. HONOR 400 series phones will hit stores nationwide starting 30 May 2025.
200MP AI Camera with Groundbreaking Imaging Tools
In the series, both the HONOR 400 and 400 Pro are camera-first phones designed for content creators and everyday users. The phones are equipped with 200MP Super Sensing Camera designed with OIS+EIS and low-light optimisation, as well as fitted with a 50MP Front Portrait Selfie Cam with f/2.0 aperture.
Exclusive on the HONOR 400 Pro is an additional 50MP Telephoto Lens with Sony IMX856, and also the capabulity to perform 50x AI Super Zoom.
To point out, the standard HONOR 400 version is the first smartphone in the industry to achieve a 30x telephoto on a main camera.
In terms of content creation, both phones are equipped with AI-powered Portrait Snap, Harcourt 2.0, and Film Simulation filters features.
AI Image to Video and Social-First Creative Tools
One of the HONOR 400 series’ biggest features is its AI Image-to-Video tool, developed with Google Cloud. With it, you can convert static images into 5-second vertical-ready videos.
Should you wish to further enhance your results, you can do so with HD Moving Photo, Moving Photo Collage, and tools like AI Eraser 2.0, Remove Reflection, Outpainting, and Upscale. The best part is that these toold can also work seamlessly across Android and iOS via MagicOS 9.0.
Snapdragon Power and Long-Lasting Battery
The HONOR 400 series will also bring along adequate charging capabilities. The HONOR 400 Pro, powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, will come with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Meanwhile, the HONOR 400 will be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and with 80W wired charging.
Both phones will come with 6000mAh Silicon-carbon battery, also capable of -20°C low-temp optimisation.
HONOR guarantees that their batteries are optimised for repeated and long term us, so that battery health stays above 80% even after 4 years of use.
MagicOS 9.0 + AI Productivity Features
The HONOR 400 series will mae available the Magic Portal 2.0 with drag-to-app shortcut support across Grab, Waze, TikTok, Facebook, etc. Both phones will come with Gemini AI Assistant integration for content generation, writing and learning.
Several AI Tools such as AI Summary, AI Minutes, AI Format, AI Correction and Live Call Translation (14 languages) are also integrated to make producitivity a more seamless and rounded experience.
Unique to the HONOR 400 series are several display tech, such as AI Defocus Display, Circadian Night Mode, and Motion Sickness Relief.
IP-Rated Durability + Stunning Design
Both phones are also designed to take on the day with your busy schedule ahead. The HONOR 400 Pro has IP68 + IP69 dust/water resistance whereas the HONOR 400 comes with IP65 rating.
The phones are also made with premium finishes, aptly named Lunar Grey, Tidal Blue, Midnight Black and Desert Gold.
Pricing & Availability
The HONOR 400 Pro, priced at RM2,699 offers 24GB RAM (including 12GB HONOR Turbo RAM) and 512GB ROM. Showcasing an elegant design inspired by nature, the HONOR 400 Pro arrives in Lunar Grey, Tidal Blue and Midnight Black.
The HONOR 400 comes in two configurations: 24GB RAM (including 12GB HONOR Turbo RAM) with either 256GB for RM1,899 or 512GB ROM for RM2,199. The devices come in Desert Gold, Tidal Blue and Midnight Black. The HONOR 400 series will be available for purchase in stores nationwide starting from 30 May 2025.
