ROG Malaysia has proudly announced the official launch and prices of its 2025 laptop lineup featuring the latest RTX 5070 Ti, 5070, and 5060 GPUs. Starting from RM8,499, this new range includes refreshed Zephyrus, Strix G16, G14, and G18 models — all equipped with high-refresh displays, large memory, and next-gen AMD or Intel CPUs.
Performance-First: Intel Ultra 9 and Ryzen HX 3D CPUs Meet RTX 50-Series
This new lineup offers top-tier CPU and GPU combinations across both AMD and Intel variants. here, your CPU choices would be AMD Ryzen™ 9 9955HX / 9955HX3D / AI 9 HX 370 or Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 275HX & 285H.
Meanwhile, GPU options include NVIDIA RTX 5060 (8GB), 5070 (8GB), and 5070 Ti (12GB), all with GDDR7 VRAM. Power efficiency is also optimised on these laptops, having been equipped with the likes of 105W–140W GPU TGP across models, tuned for high-performance gaming without overheating.
Finally, you'll get up to 32GB DDR5 RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage on all variants.
Display Tech: OLED, Nebula IPS, and 240Hz Goodness
Expect vivid visuals and ultra-smooth gameplay with these ROG laptop's premium displays. The Zephyrus G16 & G14 features OLED panels with up to 2880x1800 resolution and 240Hz or 120Hz refresh rates. Whereas the Strix G16 & G18 uses ROG Nebula IPS displays with 2560x1600 resolution and blazing-fast 240Hz.
Otherwise, selected G614 models are available for more budget-friendly buyers, in which the models offer 165Hz FHD+ screens.
Bundled Gear and Signature ROG Touches
Purchasing the new ROG 2025 line will include extra freebies to enhance your out-of-the-box experience. You will get a backpack and a gaming mouse bundled with most G16/G18 models. Or, you can get an ROG sleeve and 100W USB-C adapter for Zephyrus models.
Among the signature ASUS features you'll enjoy in your ASUS laptops include a large 90WHr battery and up to 280W adapter across the range. You'll also be able to enjoy the Signature Slash Lighting on Zephyrus G14/G16 models for that extra flair to your gear.
