Have you ever thought about who's the better employee for today's workforce, the Millennial or Gen Z?
Born between 1981 – 1995, Millennials (also known as Gen Y) are generally known for being team-oriented, competitive and pragmatic. Meanwhile, Gen Zs, born between 1996 - 2010, are known for being open-minded, independent at work and valuing mental health.
As the two most common generations that are still active in the workforce, both have contributed significantly to their employer in their own way, whether it's with a sound strategy or idea. But often, they make fun of each other for their different approach to work.
Maybe it's time they find out how they feel about each other.
As a media site run by Millennials and Gen Zs, we debated over who's the better worker. As expected, no one could come to a conclusion.
We then decided to take those comments, discussions and arguments, and turn them into a video. You, the audience, can be the judge!
ProductNation is proud to present an original skit; our take on the tale of two Malaysians — a Millennial and a Gen Z — in a typical daily work life. From handling boss requests to office gossips, the video skit narrates how both are doing their best to be good employees. After all, we're not so different, right?
