While there is only one Galaxy Watch7 this year (the other one is called Galaxy Watch Ultra), Samsung hasn't forgotten to imbue it with some AI magic as well. And while the Galaxy Watch7 looks quite similar to the Galaxy Watch6 from last year, there are some minute details that they all do and do not share.

Design and Display
Continuing to impress its users aesthetically, the Galaxy Watch7 retains Samsung's iconic circle design. Although managing to retain sleek profiles, these watches have adequate viewing screens with a large Sapphire glass display.
Coming in two sizes, the Galaxy Watch7 has a Super AMOLED screen for ample brightness and readability. Alas, Watch Ultra's action button, which lets you access your most used or usually frequented smartphone apps, is not on the Watch7 40mm and 44mm.
Performance
Just like the Watch7 Ultra, you can expect a slew of health and wellness features like the popular blood pressure and ECG monitoring as well as sleep tracking on Samsung smartwatches. A new feature that is available now is the Sleep Apnea detection. Apart from this, the Galaxy Watch7 also employs advanced AI algorithms for sleep analysis.
For day-to-day use, the Watch7 series is powered by the Exynos W1000 which is said to give a long battery life. Samsung says that the Galaxy Watch7 comes with even better ecosystem integration, with two features that we're most interested in trying: Suggested replies, which suggests suitable responses by analyzing previous conversations through Galaxy AI, and Double Pinch Gestures, which allow you to easily control the watch without having to touch it.
The Watch7 sports a 425mAh battery (300mAh on the 40mm), which is the same as the Galaxy Watch6. Last year, the Watch6 lasted a little over a day with regular use, which makes it a daily-charging watch—we're certainly hoping that the Watch7 will do better!
