Google has a great feature called Circle to Search, which is probably one of the most useful applications for what some people are now referring to as AI in the tech industry. Of course, it should improve further but one way this seems imminent is by introducing another function. That function will be an addition, which makes it capable of conducting Audio Search.
There is a code in the 15.24.28.29 beta version of the Google app that suggests they are planning to add an Audio Search button on Circle to Search. Android Authority has been able to access this button, which comes in the form of a music note beside the search bar of the Translate button that has already been in existence. However, although this button is available, it is not functioning at the moment.

Even though it is uncertain which applications Audio Search on Circle to Search will enable, a report suggests it might work like Shazam. This implies that if there’s any sound running in the background, all you need to do is click on this button and it will automatically recognise music or talk shows as precisely as possible.
That said, we don’t know exactly what Audio Search is yet, so until Google makes an official announcement about it, we shall remain in the dark. Assuming it does become a Shazam variation intended precisely for Circle to Search, no one knows whether it will be equivalent or maybe exceed it, just like that in-office app.
