adidas Introduces Malaysia’s First 'Home of Sports' Concept Store in Kuala Lumpur

Fitness, lifestyle, and sustainability – wrapped in a (recycled) bow.

adidas proudly unveils Malaysia's first-ever Home of Sports store, a groundbreaking retail paradigm that seamlessly fuses sports, lifestyle, and sustainability. Located at the heart of the city in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur, this monumental space reimagines the shopping experience for sports enthusiasts and the style-conscious alike.

Spanning 10,925 sqft on the Lower Ground floor near the Centre Court at Mid Valley, the Home of Sports is more than just a store – it's a nexus for community, inclusivity, and innovation. Tailored to offer an unparalleled shopping experience, the concept pivots around ensuring consumers feel connected, celebrated, and inspired.

The vast expanse of the store boasts an impressive array of adidas’ distinguished products. From Performance and Originals to Sportswear collections, there's something for every gender and age group, including an extensive range for kids.

Rooted in the brand's unwavering commitment to eco-consciousness, the Home of Sport integrates sustainable design facets and offers a curated range of eco-friendly products, amplifying the brand’s pledge to combat plastic waste.

A Blinding Spotlight on Local Talents

Tying the global ethos of adidas with local creativity, the store features exclusive artwork by acclaimed Malaysian female artists Hanisah Johari and Syikin Abdullah. Hanisah, renowned for her textured masterpieces, has crafted an entrancing woven piece using recycled adidas products, drawing inspiration from Brickfields Little India.

Meanwhile, Syikin's mural art, accentuated by the motion synonymous with adidas and rooted in local flora, adorns the store, offering a touch of Malaysian essence.

Celebrating the ‘Bunga Raya’

Coinciding with the store's grand opening, adidas has introduced the Bunga Raya Key City Tee, inspired by Malaysia's iconic Hibiscus flower. Shoppers spending a minimum of RM 400 from 14th September to 5th October 2023 can snag a complementary Bunga Raya tote bag, subject to availability. Exclusive merchandise awaits adiClub Members, accentuating the Bunga Raya theme.
