During the event, we were introduced to not one, not two, not three—but four new devices, which are the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Watch6 series, and the Galaxy Tab S9 series!

Seongsu, a vibrant neighbourhood in Seoul, has been transformed into Flip Town. From banners to cafes, from shop lots to interactive displays, Seongsu Flip Town was one of our stops during our trip to Seoul. Here's an inside look at this incredible transformation.

How would you know that you’re in Seongsu Flip Town? Why, look at the banners, of course!
It's as if the town itself has embraced the flip side, with colourful and eye-catching advertisements showcasing the latest Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5. These banners are not just marketing; they are an invitation to explore and experience the future.
The ads, in fact, are not just for looking; it's also for interacting. Scattered throughout the town are 3D ads and specially designed photo spots that allow visitors to immerse themselves in the world of the Z series. These creative installations are more than just advertisements; they are artistic expressions that invite you to become part of the story!
Cafe & Shop Collabs!
Samsung has partnered with local cafes, such as Door to Seongsu, to create unique experiences that blend technology and lifestyle. Inside these cafes, you can explore what's inside the latest devices while enjoying a cup of coffee. It's a fusion of culture and technology that feels both futuristic and homely.
Besides that, Samsung has also transformed an entire shop lot into an experiential zone for the flip series. This is not just a store; it's a journey into the world of flipping and folding, where every corner is designed to let you experience the magic of these innovative devices.
Inside the shop, you'll find a stunning display of merchandise and devices set against an artistic teal background (20230727_151456). The layout is not just about showcasing products; it's about creating an aesthetic experience that resonates with the artistic and innovative spirit of the Z series.
Experiencing The Flip Side
Of course, Seongsu Flip Town isn't just eye candy. There were also plenty of opportunities to get hands-on and personal with Samsung's newest devices, including the Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Watch6 Series, and the Galaxy Tab S9 series!
First, we got to see the process of inserting colour into the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5, showcased in a mesmerizing display (20230727_152414). It's a behind-the-scenes look at the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into creating these vibrant and stylish devices.
And of course, we also got to see the robot arm in charge of assembling the devices, which was really cool!
One of the standout features is the showcase of how the Galaxy watch can understand your sleep pattern and display it on your Galaxy smartphone or tablet. Through some of the experiential stations there, we got a glimpse into the personalized and intelligent technology that Samsung is pioneering.
Ever seen smartphones being sold in pasar malam? Well, we did! In Seongsu, Samsung blends the traditional open stall market vibes with cutting-edge technology, providing a whole new way to explore and shop for devices.
