I’m sure all of us are very excited about the launch of ASUS’ handheld gaming console and can’t wait to get our hands on it — unfortunately, the global release a few weeks ago did not mention Malaysia in the release, which gave rise to grey import sets sold in scalper prices online.
However, hold your horses before you purchase one of these shady sets. ASUS has confirmed that the ROG Ally will be coming to Malaysia officially in July 2023!
In a new post on social media, ASUS has announced that the ROG Ally is confirmed for a July 2023 release in Malaysia, along with exclusive promotions. There was no confirmed price or specifications of the Malaysian release, but interested buyers can make their best guesses according to the US price, which starts from US$599.
For the uninitiated, the ROG Ally is ASUS’ long-awaited handheld gaming device that runs on Windows 11 and can run almost all AAA PC games. Powered by the AMD Ryzen Z1 Processor and a 120Hz display, the console gives you a more versatile performance for gaming.
Stay safe from scalpers! For more information about the release in Malaysia, stay tuned here or follow ASUS official social media on Facebook and Instagram.
