Infinix has launched a solution to cater to the rapidly increasing device-charging needs. With two different types of chargers – wired and wireless, Infinix introduces its All-Round FastCharge technology that can efficiently charge mobile devices.
Today, Infinix launched two new products of their pride, 260W Wired & 110W Wireless All-Round FastCharge. With triple GaN material PFC + AHB innovative circuit architecture, the chargers have a high power density and a wider range of chargeable products despite being small.
260W All-Round FastCharge
Equipped with an Emarker identification chip and a brand-new interface structure, the 4-core charging cable intelligently identifies the battery capacity to decide the number of charge pumps necessary in the charging process. Within one minute, it can charge a phone to 25% and after 7.5 minutes, the device will be fully charged to 100%.
Other than the fact that the cable is capable of carrying a current up to 13A, there is also a 12C High Rate 4400mAh battery that has a multi-electrode lug structure to maximise charging conversion efficiency up to 98.5%. This charger can bring the best outcome of the fastest charging rate possible if combined with Infinix’s fast charging protocol.
110W Wireless All-Round FastCharge
Overcoming conventional architectural limitations, Infinix developed this wireless fast-charger with small-sensitive coils with fewer coils that fit in the same size as the older prototypes and managed to reduce coil internal resistance. This has also consequently lowered temperature rise while increasing peak power charging time and improving the efficiency of wireless charging.
To enable both vertical and horizontal charging, the 110W wireless charger has a dual coil design for the best user experience. Since heat is a major concern in wireless charging technology, Infinix made sure the charge station has a fan at its base for silent air-cooling to enhance heat dissipation efficiency.
Security & Safety Mechanisms of Infinix 260W & 110W-Wireless All-Round FastCharge
While the wireless chargers’ performance matters to Infinix, the brand also put emphasis on the user’s safety when using them. With that being said, Infinix includes over 140 protection mechanisms and more than 20 temperature sensors to monitor real-time conditions and accurately troubleshoot heat problems. Notably, the technology is tailored to optimally function under extreme conditions.
It is also proven from extensive testing that the durability of the batteries can be retained up to 90% – around 1000 cycles instead of just 500 in the conventional standard. This demonstrates that Infinix users can enjoy a significantly longer battery life as compared to other brands.
