Surrounded by Malaysia’s top celebrities and influencers, YSL Beauty has hosted a star-studded event on the 10th of November at the Godown Kuala Lumpur to celebrate the launch of their first-ever beauty takeover!
The #PushTheBoundaries campaign, which aims to provide guests and customers with a uniquely engaging and intriguing beauty experience through both online and offline excursions, served as inspiration for this year's event, the YSL Beauty Zone. The event covers YSL’s nature of eccentricity and boldness all the while pushing the boundaries through exploration and play.
From the 11th of November until the 13th, the event was open to the public and has taken their consumers on an experiential beauty adventure with the help of different engagement zones that were set up to attract and dare the consumers to be who they want to be.
With celebrity guests like Scha Alyahya, Awal Ashaari, Sharifah Sakinah, Jane Chuck, Juwei Teoh, as well as a Singaporean actor and singer, Glenn Yong, the event was filled with a variety of activities such as makeup stations and photo opportunities; including an outstanding performance from Yung Raja, Midnight Fusic, and DJ Jovynn.
Through a number of arcade games using their renowned goods from the various categories of beauty, fragrance, and skincare, YSL Beauty encouraged consumers to "Dare to Play." Once all of the arcade games have been played, the guests are able to redeem a complimentary Discovery Kit.
Aside from that, YSL has prepared a “Dare to Discover” zone where the guests were able to discover and pick up iconic products and get a hold of their newly purchased lipstick and a bottle of perfume personalised with an engraving of their choice.
