What Can You Do with The New Galaxy A Series 2022?
Capture an Awesome Shot in Any Situation:
Whether you're creating content or sharing it with friends, both Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G will offer an advanced, next-level camera experience, packed with many of the powerful and fun features from the Galaxy S series.
Galaxy A53 5G’s quad-camera system features a 64MP OIS Camera with VDIS technology that takes crisp and steady shots every time. Meanwhile, enjoy the high-resolution 32MP front camera which delivers great selfies and clear video call experiences.
Thanks to the 5nm processor, the new Galaxy A series’ innovative AI-powered camera makes capturing a great image easy – even in low lighting. Now, with improved Night mode, the phones will automatically synthesize up to 12 images at once. As a result, night photos look bright, with less noise.
And don't worry about shooting video in low-light environments; the Galaxy A series’ framerate will automatically adjust to create bright, clear videos.
Not to forget; the series has enhanced Portrait mode to capture depth and subject outlines more accurately with dual cameras and powerful AI. There's also Fun mode, where you can amplify captured moments using playful filters and effects; all of which now works with the Ultra-wide lens.
Plus, make sure to utilise Photo Remaster & Object eraser. The former will re-optimise old and low-quality photos into fresh new ones whereas the latter removes pesky photo bombers in the background.
Maximize Viewing Experiences Anywhere, Anytime:
In the past, a bright day means hampering your vision to see visuals on a smartphone screen. That'll not happen with the new Galaxy A series. It has an intelligent algorithm to ensure displays come through in vivid detail, even outside.
This is also made possible with the series' Galaxy A53 5G’s expansive 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display also offers a 120Hz refresh rate for an immersive experience whereas the Galaxy A33 5G features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
Plus, both new Galaxy A units are equipped with up to two-day battery life and 25W Super Fast Charging. The likes of viewing and streaming can now last longer with more ease.
Beautiful, Durable, Purposeful Design:
Being eco-conscious in packaging doesn't mean style is sacrificed.
The new Galaxy A series is expertly crafted to look fashionable while staying functional and sustainable. All of the devices have slim bezels which creates a smooth, stylish look, further amplified with their Ambient Edge design to seamlessly blend the rear camera into the phone bodies. Moreover, both the Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G feature the tough Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5 and IP67 water and dust resistance, providing enhanced durability and peace of mind.
In line with Samsung's eco-vision Galaxy for the Planet which was announced in August 2021; the Galaxy A series will not feature charger plugs, and will come in a packaging with reduced size compared to the previous generation's. Like the Galaxy S22 series, the packaging here will also use sustainably sourced paper, with the devices utilising recycled post-consumer materials (PCM) for the side buttons and SIM card trays.
Beyond materials, the years one can enjoy the Galaxy A series has been extended. Moving forward, both devices guarantee up to four generations of One UI and Android OS upgrades and up to five years of security updates. The features allow users to access the latest software and security to maximize the smartphone lifecycle.
A Connected Galaxy Experience That's Secured at Your Fingertips:
As we move towards an almost fully digital lifestyle, this means better security for our personal data is necessary.
Luckily, the Galaxy A series ensures data and information stay protected, now secured by the defence-grade Samsung Knox.
When storing private photos, notes and apps, the Secure Folder offers users an encrypted, digital safe, so only they can access its contents. There's also Private Share, where users can control exactly who has access to files and for how long.
Moreover, Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G will also include the new Samsung Wallet; a convenient and protected place to safely store everything from boarding passes to credit cards.
In terms of continuity, both the Galaxy A53 5G and A33 5G will be able to work seamlessly with other Galaxy devices for a full, connected Galaxy ecosystem experience. As such, audio options are expanded whereby one can now connect the phones to the Galaxy Buds series. The feature is currently extended to the Galaxy Buds Pro and coming soon to the Galaxy Buds2 and Buds Live. With the feature, users will be able to enjoy 360 Audio technology which delivers true, immersive, 3D sound.
When it’s time to get productive, the new Galaxy A series is also getting Link to Windows support so users can connect to Windows PC and enjoy tricks like direct copy and paste, transfer files and even answer calls or texts on their computers.
