Fresh Rice's Trio Rice is a combination of 50% Jasmine Brown Rice, 30% Red Fragrant Brown Rice and 20% Riceberry Rice. Fully organic, red rice has a sweet and nutty flavour, and a chewy texture to it. Much like brown rice, red rice is also a good source of thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), iron, calcium and fibre – making this a nutrition-packed mixture.
