Marutama Ra-Men was first established in Kawaguchi, Japan in 2001 with a mission to create the ultimate ramen that can be enjoyed by everyone around the globe. This inspired the creation of their signature creamy chicken broth (toripai tan) which subsequently won the hearts (and tummies) of customers all around Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Canada, and Australia. 

Their ramen is homemade and free from MSG while their melt-in-your-mouth char siu pork has been made to simmer overnight. Moreover, their ramen includes aosa, a type of Japanese seaweed which melds the flavour of the broth and noodles together. Lastly, the ramen is completed with an aji-tamago (ramen egg). Sanpoutei Ramen hails from Niigata, Japan and was established in 1967. There are known for their classic Niigata-born Shoyu Ramen that comprises a flavourful soup stock made from an array of vegetables, whole chicken, tonkatsu, and two different types of Japanese dried sardines. Their star dishes include the Nigata Shoyu Ramen and Rich TorixNikumori Miso.

Founded in 2003 in Hiroshima, Bari-Uma is an award-winning ramen store that is famous for boasting the best Tonkotsu Ramen in Singapore. Their soup is made from ingredients like pork knuckles, chicken bones, and potherbs which are carefully selected and slowly simmered for more than 10 hours. The soup is then topped with an authentic Japanese tamari soy sauce to produce the ultimate tonkatsu broth. 

As for their noodles, customers can rest assured that they are free from MSG and additives as they are freshly made in-house. Customers visiting for the first time should try their Ajitama-Uma that comes with a thick and perfectly grilled char siu that is bound to have them returning for more.
